Meet the Team

KRISTI KOLMETZ is the owner and broker of Oaks Realty. She has been in the real estate and construction industry since 2004. She began her career in the industry working as a Marketing professional for a general contractor. In 2008 she joined a small civil and structural engineering firm, where she was responsible for interacting with architects, contractors and other real estate professionals to develop business for her firm. After 12 years in the commercial industry, and a few personal real estate investments, she decided to use her knowledge to help buyers and sellers find their dream home. Kristi is a graduate of St. Pius X High School and Texas A&M University. After attending school in the area, she and her husband purchased their first home in 2004 and they have resided in Shepherd Park Plaza since 2004. She focuses her efforts on the Timbergrove/Lazybrook & Garden Oaks/Oak Forest/Shepherd Park Plaza area. Kristi is married to her high school sweetheart and, together, they have three children.

CAROLYN BRYANT has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. After growing up in the Heights, Carolyn has been a long-time resident of Timbergrove, where she has loved serving her clients. When not working, Carolyn enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her six grandchildren..

HOLLY BROWN is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University and is from the small town of Garden City, TX. Holly serves as our behind the scenes expert and helps us make the magic happen. Holly obtained her real estate license in 2022 and has enjoyed helping serve our clients in a different capacity. She loves spending time with family, watching sports, and riding horses. We couldn't do it without her!

ERIKA PADILLA is the newest addition to the team. While new to Oaks Realty, Erika is not new to real estate.  As an administrative whiz, she keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. From scheduling showings and managing communication, Erika works tirelessly to help the Oaks Realty agents shine. You can rest assured knowing your real estate experience will be smooth and stress-free.
